new home built by Cutting Edge
Construction. Its a 28x60 three
bedroom, 2-bath ranch with a two-car
garage located in Leominster. After
seeing previous work done by Ty and John
we didnt feel it was necessary to get a
second bid on the construction. Their
quality of work and fair price said it
all. They were our first and only
choice.
Being a
first time homeowner it was very
important to us to understand all phases
of the construction process. Ty was very
patient and answered my multitude of
questions. He was also very helpful
during the design stage of our home.
With his experience and suggestions we
have not had to utter the words "If only

able to use many new materials during
construction. Ty researched the quality
of these materials and weighed the

Ty has built a 24X30 addition on my
home located in Leominster MA, Ty and
his crew members where very courteous
and professional at all times. Their
work was completed on schedule without
any inconvenience to my family.
We have also hired him on two other
occasions to do repairs on other
contractor work that was done
incorrectly. Ty was able to resolve the
problems that we had paid other
contractors to do. Ty was very
reasonable with price and treated my
family very fairly.
